By commissioning me, you agree to my terms

I do not accept NSFW commissions.

I am able to be requested to draw any gore that doesn't include realistic guts or life endangering wounds.

I am able to be requested to draw weapons, cigarettes/vapes, medical equipment, drugs/drug bottles/needles/patches, cannabis/edible products, and alcohol. If requesting a commission that includes characters affected by stimulants or alcohol, you must agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I am not required to share the reason.

Payment must be given upfront. 50% of the commission price must be paid before any work is done. The rest must be paid once the lineart is accepted by you.

I accept payment via Paypal or Cashapp ( Paypal preferred ).

If you decide to cancel your commission at any time during or after its development and have already paid, a refund can not be requested.

If I am unable to finish your commission, you will be immediately notified and given a refund.

I will accept payments to be held if they cannot be given immediately for whatever reason. Payments held for over 2 weeks will result in the commission being cancelled. A refund will NOT be given if 50% has already been paid.

You must provide an Email, Tumblr, Bluesky, Twitter/X, or Discord username when commissioning me so I have a way to contact you. Please make sure your settings allow you to receive DMs.

The finished product will be sent through Email as to make sure you receive it in the highest quality.

You are able to freely request any changes you would like made during the lineart stage. Any changes requested after the lineart stage will result in a fee depending on how big the change is.

You must have a clear reference of any character you would like me to draw. I will not accept written explanations of a character's appearance.

Please be respectful with update requests. I am expected to take 2-3 weeks at most to finish your commission.

My art usually consists of colors and patterns that are bright and hard on the eyes. If this is something you don't want with your commission, please tell me before any work is done.

My art shall not be traced over, heavily edited, copied, or claimed to be made by anyone other than myself. I must be properly credited whenever my art is shared or displayed by anyone other than me.

You must explicitly state if you would not like me to publicly display your commission to social media.

My art shall not be used for commercial purposes such as merchandise and anything that is made primarily to gain profit.

My art shall not be used as data to train AI generation models.

My art shall not be used to create or promote NFTs & Crypto currency.

My art shall not be used for political purposes or to discriminate against other people.
